UK POSTAGE COSTS:
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
£2.50 for 1st 12" (this includes the cost of the mailing envelope) then £1 per vinyl after.
- Why should I sign up for an account?
By signing up for an account you can:
Keep track of all your previous orders
Reserve items to save on shipping costs
Keep your address details on our system to save time when ordering
Order items before they are released
Manage your stock notifications
Enjoy account holder special offers - Do I have to sign up with an account to order from you?
No, you can place orders as normal without using an account - simply choose the 'Can I Just Pay!?' checkout option from the Review Order page. - What payment types do you accept?
Currently we are accepting payments via credit card or paypal. - What do I do if I've forgotten my password?
Click the 'Forgot your password?' link from the log in box on the Accounts page. You will be asked to enter your email address - this must be the same email address that you have your account registered with. An email will be sent to that address with a special link, allowing you to reactivate the account with a new password.
- Are all the records listed in stock?
Yes all the records listed are in stock, including forthcoming products, which are mostly just awaiting audio clips. - Can you explain the vinyl grading?
Brand New = New press from distributor
Mint = Vinyl looks as good as new
Very Good = Vinyl is virtually unmarked
Good = Vinyl has marks, and some surface scratches, but does not affect playback significantly
Fair = Vinyl has marks and scratches, and audio noise in places
Repress = Brand new release that has been repressed due to demand - Does basslick.co.uk buy record collections?
We are always looking to purchase quality collections of records for cash, especially Old Hardcore, Happy Hardcore, Drum and Bass, Jungle and Oldskool Dance Music. If you have a list of records in text or excel, feel free to email it to contact@basslick.co.uk. - What is your returns policy?
Any record that is damaged can be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You must notify us via email (Contact Us), that you are making a return, and enclose your contact details within the return package. Include your order number, your name, a contact telephone number and a valid email address. When we receive the package back, you will either receive a refund to your card / paypal account or a replacement item will be sent free of charge. The address to send returns to is printed on your invoice or stamped on the back of your package. Please note we do not cover the costs of postage for the return. All our records are security marked to discourage dishonest returns.
